The past few days here in Minneapolis has been so moody, it’s been raining continuously non stop but what are going to do than to appreciate it. It’s still much better than the non-ending snow. 🙂

I’m wearing a gathered skirt using one of my African print fabric. I was inspired by the Cynthia Bell Skirt I made for my girls Here and the prettygirlssew April sew along.

This skirt is so simple that you could wear it in different length and still look chic. You can combine it with any top and it will look great. I combined mine with a plain top so the look could bring out the print on the skirt. I added side pockets too.

I think I will be making more in different lengths 🙂

You can buy different Ankara Fabrics Here – Very cheap.
