I got this lace fabric from Austria 7 yrs ago and just came across it recently and decided to sew a peplum dress with it.

I lined the bodice and 3/4 of the skirt. When I was cutting the skirt part of it I  made a mistake of not cutting it on grain so I had to cut all the remaining part the same way too following the direction of the fabric pattern. It’s actually not bad at all. I used Simplicity 1650 as a guide.
