I made this dress using  the how to sew a mini dress in an hour tutorial  that I wrote a while ago.  But the only different is that I added a little sleeve to it.

Combining it with a long sleeve makes it even pretty. You could wear it to any occasion this way.

Here is another color of tartan fabric I used in making a skirt

Get the Look: 

Tartan Dress: Similar Option1, Option2,

Shoe:  Option1, Option2, Option3
